– 4 deep video practices (breath, energy, and body-based tools)
– Somatic + tantric methods you can actually use in daily life
– A grounded, private container to move from survival to presence
You’ll learn to:
– Stay with intensity without shutting down
– Reclaim energy you’ve been leaking into anxiety, reactivity, or overthinking
– Create an inner space that’s bigger than your patterns
– Feel more stable, clear, and connected to your own rhythm
